Creating an Account

To keep track of partners, both prospective and current, start by simply creating an account for that company.

Prevent duplicates! Before creating a new account, check that the company does not already have an existing account in Work Studyforce. Even if you think you're bringing on a new company, your predecessors may have already created an account for it.
  1. Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the New button.
  3. Fill in as much information as possible. Don't forget to click the Save button when you are done.

  4. Next, you'll want to Create a Contact.
